The Library’s collection of postcards depict scenes in the Lincoln, Illinois area from the 19th and 20th century. The photography and renditions contained in these original postcards capture places and buildings that represent the City’s distinctive architectural heritage and geographic beauty. Some of the structures no longer exist and remind us of a time gone by. It is our hope that everyone enjoys the presentation and this nostalgic look back at our community.
